World Class Technology
To Help All Archers
WHO WE ARE
We are bowhunters and target archers who strive to make the perfect shot, each and every shot. We are engineers and scientists who choose the archery range as our laboratory. Development of the Velocitip Ballistic System was driven by our interest in bringing the latest scientific measurement tools to the field of archery. Because prior systems were inadequate, the engineers at FFT set out to pioneer entirely new approaches to move the state-of-the-art forward – not incrementally, but by leaps and bounds. We believe that the Velocitip Ballistic System achieves that goal and provides archers with the information that they have always wanted to dial in their shooting.
Before the start of the development project, the concepts now embodied in the Velocitip Ballistic System were completely untried. To achieve the ambitious goals of our engineers, FFT collaborated with a world class team of engineers and research scientists, including individuals in the Wireless Sensor Group at Tyndall National Institute, Cork, Ireland. The combined expertise of our multi-national engineering team allowed us to steadily overcome the myriad design challenges (both the expected and the unexpected) that we faced.
Where ever you call home: the corn belt of Iowa; the timber of the Southeast; the mountains of the West; the North woods of New England, the Midwest or Canada; target ranges around the world and all points in between – you will find the Velocitip Ballistic System will help you raise your game.
Applying science to archery to maximize performance. We intend to continue to support archery with world-class uncompromising tools to help shooters raise their game and product developers squeeze every last drop of performance from their designs. By listening to our customers and applying our understanding of system performance, we provide you with a wealth of knowledge to help you understand how and why you can improve your archery performance at the range or on the hunt.
